Great hotel, great beach, great service. Highly recommended. The team is unbelievable good - for example, resident manager itself spend an 3 hour trying to solve an trouble with my booking. Then they made an upgrade for me, saying: "Because you have to wait so long". Oh, guys. Again - you are great.

Die ganze Anlage war wundervoll. Wir waren direkt am Strand und auf der anderen Seite zum Fluss zu den Krokodilen. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Es gab auch einen Wäschewasch Service. Wir hatten den Strand fast gänzlich für uns alleine. Das war wundervoll und auch das Frühstück war besonders lecker. Abends gab es ein Lagerfeuer am Strand

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amies dans cet hotel calme et propre. Les chambres sont parfaites, avec la clim, grande douche, bonne literie et petite terrasse privative. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, bienveillant et disponible. La piscine est Top. La plage est agréable et la mer est chaude. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et le professionnalisme de Nathalie, la cheffe de centre Fram qui a été attentive et réactive pour répondre à nos souhaits.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ! Le personnel est très investi, très agréable, toujours souriant ! Merci en particulier à Shashintha qui a été très disponible pour nous. La réception fait un magnifique travail, tout est super bien organisé. Merci à Puvanesh! Nous avons très bien mangé ! Cet hôtel c'est le paradis sur terre ! Et les gens qui y travaillent sont fabuleux. Merci également à Nathalie notre chef de centre Fram, pour sa gentillesse et qui nous a organisé des activités au top ! Nous avons pleins de souvenirs dans la tête ! Très dure de partir quand on passe d'aussi bonnes vacances !

Les vacances ont été formidables, l'hôtel est au top, et que dire du personnel toujours disponible partout. Un grand merci à Nathalie notre chef de centre pour sa disponibilité, son écoute et pour tous les souvenirs que nous avons au Sri Lanka. Un grand bravo à Shashintha et toute l'équipe de la restauration pour ces délicieux repas, chaque repas était excellent, merci pour votre disponibilité.
